Refund and Cancellation Policy
- You qualify for a 100% refund under the following circumstances:
Live Program: Request within 24 hours of the 2nd live session of the enrolled program.
Recorded Program (Self-paced Learning): Request within 7 days of purchase. - Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method after deducting the transaction and payment platform charges.
- Please be aware that APTI30 is not obligated to issue any refund if you fail to meet the criteria mentioned above.
Refunds and Cancellations (In case of EMI)
- Refunds on EMI transactions will be processed after deducting the EMI transaction charges.
- In case of cancellation, the EMI plan will be terminated, and any payments already made will be refunded as per policy. However, any interest or processing charges by the financial institution will not be refunded.
- Transparency and Compliance
- All charges, including course fees, interest rates, processing fees, and any other applicable charges, will be disclosed to the student before completing the transaction.
- Our pricing policy complies with the applicable financial regulations and EMI guidelines.
- Payment Defaults
- Students opting for EMI are required to ensure timely payments.
- Late payments, penalties, or missed EMI installments are subject to the terms of the financial institution providing the EMI service.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers can cancel their course enrollment within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as less than 10% of the course material has been accessed. After this period, no cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations must be requested via email or through our support email.
