User Conduct

APTI 30 offers services to help authorized users improve their score in the GMAT. You agree to use the site as per the terms and conditions listed below:

You agree, as a condition of your registration at APTI 30, to provide accurate registration information including a valid email address, name etc. Apti 30 has the right to terminate your registration without prior notice if it you have misrepresented yourself.

You agree not to disassemble, copy, distribute, resell, loan, share, or reverse engineer any content on APTI 30. Note: APTI30 don’t own content like OG’ GMAT Club Questions. Furthermore, you also shall not translate or prepare derivative works of any of the content on APTI 30. You also understand that APTI 30 holds the right to terminate your license without any notice if it has reasonable doubt that you intend to or have attempted any of the above.

Limitation of Liability

• APTI30 does not guarantee specific results from using its services.
• In case of technical issues or errors in content, users’ only recourse is limited to refund claims as per our refund policy.
• APTI30 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

We empower you to maintain accurate and current Personal Information. If you have a user profile, we provide an easily accessible method for you to update it within our Application/Services/Website/products. Rigorous security measures are implemented to safeguard your password from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Course Fees and EMI Breakdown

• The total cost of the GMAT course will be transparently displayed before customers select the EMI option.
• EMI plans are available for a duration of 3 months.
• Each EMI installment amount, along with any applicable interest rates, will be clearly shown during checkout.

Interest Rates and Additional Charges

• EMI options may include interest rates determined by the financial institution providing the plan.
• For no-cost EMI options, the interest amount will be included in the total course fee.
• Any processing fees or convenience charges will be clearly disclosed upfront.

Any feedback you provide regarding the website & application is considered non-confidential. The website and application is granted the freedom to use this information without restrictions. By submitting feedback, you affirm that:

(i) Your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information belonging to you or third parties.

(ii) The Company is not bound by any confidentiality obligations, whether express or implied, concerning the feedback.
